He has been honoured with a Certificate of Merit in recognition of his outstanding achievements from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has also done Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India. 

He was associated with Industrial Meters Limited, Ajanta Auto Industries Private Limited, Akar Tools Limited, and Hindustan Wires Limited. He has more than 35 years of expertise in finance and taxation, specializing in loan syndications, equity placements, and financial restructuring initiatives. 

Mr. Dharmesh Bohra is a seasoned Company Secretary with over 31 years of professional experience. He has been extensively involved in advising companies across diverse sectors on matters relating to legal compliance, foreign exchange regulations, company law, and allied corporate laws. His expertise includes providing strategic support in organisational restructuring, business rearrangements, mergers, demergers, and other corporate advisory services.
