Chartered Finance & Leasing Limited was incorporated in Kolkata on October 25, 1994, as a limited company under the Companies Act, 1956, and was granted a Certificate of Incorporation by the Registrar of Companies, West Bengal, Kolkata ("ROC"). The registered office of the Company was subsequently shifted to Mumbai with effect from November 08, 2023. The new registered office address is:

A-1404, 14th Floor, Naman Midtown, Near India Bulls, Senapati Bapat Marg, Prabhadevi West, Mumbai – 400013, Maharashtra, India.

The Company is registered with the Reserve Bank of India as a non-deposit accepting non-banking financial company under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934, bearing registration number B-13.02480.

We now aim to expand our operations into the financial services sector by offering credit solutions to different category of borrowers.

Mr. Sanjay Kothari, aged 61 years, is a Fellow Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and the Institute of Company Secretaries of India and an Associate Member of the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He has been honoured with a Certificate of Merit in recognition of his outstanding achievements from the Institute of Cost and Works Accountants of India. He is a Commerce Graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata and has also done Diploma in Business Finance from the Institute of Chartered Financial Analyst of India. 

He was associated with Industrial Meters Limited, Ajanta Auto Industries Private Limited, kar Tools Limited, and Hindustan Wires Limited. He has more than 35 years of expertise in finance and taxation, specializing in loan syndications, equity placements, and financial restructuring initiatives. 

He is Actively involved with Krishnashray Gurukul “https://krishnashraygurukul.org/” a skill and Entrepreneurship development institute –SEDI at Jatipura, Dist. Govardhan, Uttar Pradesh. Krishnashray Gurukul SEDI is a charitable initiative running under Krishnashray Foundaton with a mission to provide mentorship to Youth (Male & Female) for under-privileged communities in order to develop them into socially conscious leaders.
